First contact

You call us (+31 6 42425688), email [email protected], or fill in the contact form. We usually respond within one working day. For emergencies (leaks, power outages) we try to be on site within 24-48 hours.

Lead time: usually < 24 hours

Free on-site quote

We come to your home or the construction site. No sales pitch, but an honest assessment of the situation. We look at what you want together, give advice where possible and ask questions you might not have considered.

Within a week you receive an itemised quote with clear prices per component, a realistic timeline and clear payment terms.

Quote lead time: 5-7 working days after visit

Approval and scheduling

Approve the quote? Then we schedule the work. We agree on a start date that fits your situation. For larger projects we also discuss who in our team will be your contact person.

If needed we arrange the Environmental Permit. We work throughout the Netherlands and know the procedure well; in our core region around Zeist (Utrecht, Amersfoort, Bilthoven, Driebergen, Soest, Hilversum) we know the routine. Elsewhere we coordinate per municipality and handle it just as thoroughly.

Start: usually 2-6 weeks after approval

Execution

We arrive on time, work cleanly and keep your home or premises usable where possible. For larger projects you get a daily (or weekly, by arrangement) progress update.

Changes along the way? No problem. We always record additional work in writing with price and timeline impact, and only execute after your approval. So there are never surprises on the invoice.

Delivery and warranty

At delivery we walk through the work together. Find something not quite right? Then we fix it on the spot. Only when you are truly satisfied is the job done.

After that our warranty applies: at least the statutory warranty of 6 months to 2 years depending on the type of work, and for hidden defects in construction projects up to 10 years (under Dutch law art. 7:761 BW). If something comes up later, you can always call.
